 Imagine keeping pastors in their churches, lay people in their volunteer ministry positions and missionaries in the field. Imagine giving all of these people tent-making abilities in our endeavor to help supplement their income and ministry needs. Developments in telecommunications and media are influencing the future of distance education. In particular, the development of canaries, an electronic network capable of carrying vast quantities of data at great speeds, has led to the proliferation of smaller networks such as school net for local communities.

Seminary Schools Facts This article examines the impacts of technology upon interactions in video conferencing, and how it influences learner-learner, learner-content, learner-instructor, and learner-interface interactions.  It is my purpose to point out how the above view of catechetics is oversimplified.
