NOTE: We are a 30 year old worldwide Ministry focused on Christian education and as such we endeavor to provide this quality educational opportunity to as many students as possible. However the amount of students that we can enroll each month must be limited, to insure quality education. Students who reply immediately to their approval for admission e-mail, will be admitted promptly.

If Accepted, a minimum Love Offer/ Tuition, as established in the table below, is required to maintain our seminary ministries in the United States and worldwide. Our ministry is composed of many Churches and NTS branch seminaries located in the Caribbean, Central and South America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Our Worldwide Church and Ministry Alliance consists of thousands of Christ centered believers worldwide.

NTS keeps student expenses to a minimum, saving you up to *98% in total educational expenses (*dual degree program savings) yet offers a quality educational degree program at a fraction of the cost of private colleges and universities. Business week magazine recently reported that private colleges are now charging up to $100,000 or more for a four year degree program. Compare that with our total cost of just $2,300 for our bachelor, masters or doctorate degree programs.

Search the Internet and you will not find another seminary that offers a quality educational value comparable to NTS at such a minimal out of pocket expense.

PART 3

LOVE OFFER/TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
We have two (2) Payment plans to assist you with enrollment, they are listed below as Option A (50% / 50%) and Option B. by monthly installments. Please be sure to review each then click on your selection. Payments can be made by Credit Card through PayPal or you can pay through Secure FAX. You may also elect to make payment by Western Union, or by secure Bank Wire Transfer directly from your bank to our ministry bank account.

Option A: 50% / 50% Payment Option *Additional $300 discount on balance.
To complete your enrollment, you can pay 50% of my Love Offer following your acceptance to Northwestern Theological Seminary. By submitting a 50% initial payment, there will be absolutely NO monthly payments required by Northwestern Theological Seminary. Your remaining balance will be paid at course completion and prior to award of your initial Degree.

All students who enroll through Option A will receive the following considerations:

1. Express Enrollment Processing, Student status activation, Immediate assignment of courses, prompt access to the MOODLE educational management system used by major universities, and Assignment of your Faculty Advisor.

2. No monthly payments to Northwestern Theological Seminary, remaining balance due at graduation.

3. A FULL $300 OFF of your remaining (50%) balance at graduation.

4. Qualified students may also receive our Northwestern Theological Seminary President's recommendation for a FULL 100% scholarship toward receiving your Honorary Doctorate of Divinity at graduation. *This requires 10 years prior ministry experience. Please request consideration for the honorary degree by e-mail to: Registrar@northwesternmail.com

Option B: $399 Initial Payment to complete enrollment and begin degree program.
Your student enrollment is activated after the first payment of just $399. After the second monthly payment of $399, you may then pay remaining balance at just $39 per month by automatic debit (or) $59 per month by online transaction until balance is paid in full.

Just $399 to complete enrollment and begin your degree program(s):

Enroll and begin your first course after payment of just $399. A second payment of $399 should be made in 30 days. However, you will not be expelled for a delay in your 2nd payment of $399. Once your second payment is secured, you will be allowed to continue with your degree program. Following the first 2-payments, you will then be allowed to pay just $39 per month by debit (or) $59 per month by online transaction until balance is paid in full.

IMPORTANT NTS DEGREE PROGRAM PRE-REQUISITES:

If you are enrolling in a Bachelor's Degree or Combined Bachelor/Master Degree program, you must provide a copy of your high school diploma, or GED equivalency certificate, prior to graduation from NTS.
If you are enrolling in a Masters Degree or combined Master and Doctorate program, proof of your Bachelor degree must be provided prior to graduation from NTS.
If you are enrolling in a Doctoral program, proof of your Master Degree must be provided prior to graduation from NTS.
You can enroll in a degree program without proof of the required documentation, however such proof in the form of a degree, diploma, transcripts etc. must be provided prior to graduation and award of your degree from NTS.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
*Your Love Offer/ Tuition balance is due in full prior to the award of your initial Degree. * Credit Cards other than your own can be authorized for your enrollment.

* You are expected to complete enrollment within the 14 day enrollment period by paying your initial love offer/ tuition payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Applications are automatically rejected by the administrative staff, if any parts of the application are not completed as required. Did you enter the dollar amount of your Love Offer/ Tuition and degree program selection in the RED box located in the DEGREE Table? If not, be sure to scroll back up to the table in part 2 and enter the dollar amount in the RED box on the right side of the table, representing your degree program selection.

| Refund/Withdrawal Policy |

Refunds of Love Offer may be given, for a valid reason, at our discretion, if the student withdraws within fourteen days of enrollment.
The amount of the refunds will be based on the percentage table and timeframes below.

Withdrawal Time and Percentage Table
• Withdrawals within the first 7 days of enrollment = 100% minus the $150.00 Student Application & Enrollment Processing Fee
• Withdrawals within the 8th to 14th day of enrollment = 50% minus the $150.00 Student Application & Enrollment Processing Fee
• Withdrawals after 14th day of enrollment = 0%
(No refunds after this period. No exceptions, other than for Special Circumstances as listed in this policy)

Withdrawal/Refund Procedures
Withdrawals and request for refunds must be in writing, submitted by certified postal mail, and is credited based on the post marked date on the envelope. The requests for withdrawal should include the reason for the withdrawal, if you should consider re-enrollment at a later time. The requests should be mailed to:

Re-Enrollments after Withdrawal
In cases where the withdrawal of the student is considered to be for acceptable reasons, (this solely at the discretion and approval of the seminary), students may re-register and begin where they left off with their studies, with prior or amended payment arrangements, and a $150.00 re-enrollment registration fee. Any funds paid by a student, that has been approved re-enrollment, that were not refunded because the initial withdrawal was not accomplished within the established time frame, will be credited to the student’s degree program's account.

Special Circumstances
In case of death or involuntary call to military duty, NTS will return 100% of the Love Offer amounts received, if such event takes place within 90 days of enrollment.

This is a legally-binding release made by you through your action of submitting your application form to Christian Alliance Ministries / Northwestern Theological Seminary. Our Ministries are not regulatory agencies. We do not endorse, recommend or conduct any screenings as to the competency of any of our staff or any faculty or advisors associated with any of our ministries, branch seminaries or this Northwestern Theological Seminary. While every effort is made to insure that information and education, is current and accurate, no representations or warranties expressed or implied, are made by Christian Alliance Ministries / Northwestern Theological Seminary. It is the student's / applicant's responsibility to assess quality and competency of the seminary and staff, faculty and advisors. You recognize fully, that this release means that you are giving up among other things your rights to sue The Office of the Presiding Pastor of Christian Alliance Ministries and His Successors, a Corporation Sole (Northwestern Theological Seminary Fellowships and Worldwide Church of Jesus Christ Fellowships), it's staff, board members, directors, officers, employees, faculty, advisors, ministers, agents or anyone associated with the above stated ministries, for damages, injuries or losses you may incur through any of the the services or educational programs that you may receive. You also fully understand that this release binds your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, as well as yourself and your dependent's.
